Perga Capsules – 650mg X 60 Capsules

Perga is fermented (acidified and made bioavailable) pollen.  

Ingredients: Perga powder (650mg per capsule); vegan capsule shell

Adults should take 2 to 4 capsules (active ingredient 1300mg to 2600mg) per day, to be swallowed with plenty of water. The capsule may also be opened and sprinkled in the mouth.

The pack contains 60 capsules.
