Ordering
To order products, select the suitable products and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the “add to cart” box. When you have finished choosing products, open the shopping cart by clicking on the brown box located on the right that says “view cart”.
To complete the order, check the products in your cart and specify the quantities. If you wish to change the quantities, rewrite the number in the small box and click on “update cart”. If you wish to remove a product, press the red cross on the left side.
To finalise the purchase, click on the “checkout” button. Fill out the required fields on the “my order” page and confirm the order by clicking on “submit order”. After confirming the order, a confirmation e-mail regarding the products will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided. Start the payment.

ESTONIA:
With a bank link
You can pay immediately with a bank link by choosing a suitable bank (SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Coop, Luminor). When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button in the bank after making the payment so that information about the payment reaches our system automatically.
FINLAND:
With a bank link
You can pay immediately with a bank link by choosing a suitable bank (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästopankki, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Alandsbanken). When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button in the bank after making the payment so that information about the payment reaches our system automatically.
Shipping and Delivery time
ESTONIA:
In Estonia we ship via SmartPosti, DPD , or Omniva parcel machines. Or by SmartPosti courier straight to address. Delivery time is usually 1-3 days
FINLAND:
In Finland we ship via SmartPosti or DPD (Postnord) parcel machines all over Finland. Delivery time is usually 2-4 days
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tapri 11, Tallinn, Estonia, 11415
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
