Propolis is a greenish, brownish, or reddish resin-like sticky substance produced by bees with a distinctive odor.

Adults should take 2 propolis capsules + 4 honey capsules per day, swallowed with plenty of water. Can be taken all at once, or in two parts, in the morning (1+2 capsules) and at lunch (1+2 capsules). It is recommended to take it not on a completely empty stomach.

Food supplement. Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

The capsule can also be opened and sprinkled in the mouth. In two- to four-week courses four times a year.
