Adults should take 4-6 capsules (active ingredient 3000mg-4500mg) per day.

Ingredients (royal milk capsules): lyophilized royal jelly (150mg per capsule), filler potato starch (150mg per capsule), capsule (gelatin). The package contains 30 capsules.  

Adults should take 2 capsules (300 mg of active ingredient), children 1 capsule (150 mg of active ingredient) per day.

In two- to four-week courses four times a year.

Royal Jelly capsules should be placed under the tongue 15 minutes before a meal. Do not swallow; allow them to dissolve naturally, and do not drink water immediately after. Rather in the morning and at lunch.

Royal Jelly and products containing it should not be used by individuals with an intolerance to the substance.
